The Newport Hills Community Association commonly referred to as NHCA is located in Harbor View Homes Port Streets and is Phase 2 of the Donald Bren Development. The Association consists of 532 single family homes nestled between MacArthur Blvd, San Miguel and San Joaquin Hills. The Community members enjoy use of a beautiful clubhouse built in 2004, a 6 lane lap pool, a wade pool, City park and pathways, youth swim team, youth water polo, private and semi-private swim lessons and many other community organized events. The association also offers on-site management.
