Newport Hills Community Association

About Us

The Newport Hills Community Association commonly referred to as NHCA is located in Harbor View Homes Port Streets and is Phase 2 of the Donald Bren Development.  The Association was built in 1972 and consists of 532 single family homes nestled between MacArthur Blvd, San Miguel and San Joaquin Hills.  The Community members enjoy use of a beautiful clubhouse built in 2004, an 8 lane lap pool, a wade pool, City park, pathways, youth swim team, youth water polo, private and semi-private swim lessons and many other community organized events.  The association also offers on-site management. 

 

The Board of Directors meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. @ the NHCA clubhouse.

Architectural Committee

When planning to do ALL exterior construction on your home and landscaping, all members must submit an application that is reviewed by Newport Hills Architecture Committee.

The committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday @ 4:00 p.m. of every month @ the NHCA clubhouse.

Regular Submittal Deadline

Please download an application and have it turned into the NHCA property management office by the 1st Tuesday @ 12:00 p.m of every month for review.

For both the Architectural Committee meeting and the submittal deadline schedule please contact the Association office to confirm, as there are months where the date is changed.
