When planning to do construction on your home, all members must submit an application that is reviewed by Newport Hills Architectural Committee.
The committee meets on the 2nd Tuesday @ 4:00 p.m. of every month..

For both the Architectural Committee meeting and the submittal deadline schedule please contact the Association office, as there are months where the date is changed.
All submittals are required to have .pdf submissions along with 1 set of printed blueprints.

Please download an application and have it turned into the NHCA property management office by the 1st Tuesday @ 12:00 p.m of every month for review.
